Les Liaisons Dangereuses - Alan Rickman - 1987 Tony Awards
Annie was my first Broadway show. I was 4 and knew every word. When the curtain came up I wanted to go on the stage too. When I started singing along my mom tried to shut me up and a woman sitting in front of us turned around and said “No, you sing, honey.” I still have the Playbill and the very played out album.
I know Terrence Mann's love for the theatre, but I so wish he had choose to work in movies instead, that way I could see more of him, but most of all because he is such an incredibly talented underrated actor. He deserved much better.
Movie -" Escape from New York" starring Yul Brenner. Shown are scenes of radioactive overload [Manhatten Project] truly Three Mile Island.
Baby Cele in a dress
Seeing this as a kid is what hooked me on musical theater for life.
👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽❤
😂👍🏽
Well... 🤔 it's about 60 % Hepburn 📽 and 40% Coco... 😏🤫
I Live in England and In The Late 60s I Saw THIS Show Possibly 4 Maybe 5 Times The Choreography Was very Different From What I've Since Seen From America but The One thing That The Casts Have - Is Their Enthusiasm I TRULY Hope Those Days Come Again - I Miss Them 😢
I saw her in this show. I was 23. Simply amazing.
Jerry Should have Perform Ed #1 Half as Big, #2 Upstairs, or #3 Promises. Better yet, have the company perform the brilliant Grapes of Roth scene. That would have great advertising for the show, I bet a lot more men would been flocking to the theater.
Wow❤🎉🎉🎉
My heart during the music of the night ❤️😭🥹. God bless ALW and Michael Crawford
played drums in this show in florida 1980
Who else wanted to see Mary sing "if I Can't Have You" to Jesus? Don't lie. Jesus will find out and fuck you up.
It's such a crime that they didn't professionally film the full show with Harry Groener for release. It was before I was born and I love him so much. It's so infuriating, he is such an incredibly talented underrated actor. I so wish he had choose to work in movies instead because then I could see more of him. Musical theatre is very antiWhite men.
Liza is all that and more!!! 💕
Good Lord this musical is so good so much talent
One of a kind!!!! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼❤
This maybe the musical. theatrical triumph of my lifetime...
The choreography is a big step down from the Fosse she did in "Liza with a Z". Something kind of second rate about this - except for Liza's voice.
Saw the London version with LuPone. Buckley better than Close n LuPone .
MORIA CASÀN TENÍA RAZÓN
My late husband had the honor of playing piano for this with his vocal students at a dinner honoring the composer Maury Yeston. One of the highlights of my love’s career.
My dreams had changed i been feeling to be chosen of my parth
Who Is Still Watching This In 2024 Now!

Disney should have professionally filmed the full show with Terrence Mann for release. It's so infuriating. The og cast will be THE BEST, period.
Gotta be Fossee
❤❤priceless!
I hate the youtube algorithm so much. The videos of the original cast should have a lot more views
Pride month 2024 ❤🏳️🌈🏳️⚧️🦄
I've watched this video every so often since it was posted in 2012 and I JUST noticed in 2024 that the actress playing belle is wearing a cast cause her arm is broken
Virginia vestoff ❤
5:55 que bellas voces... Juventud pacifista❤
It’s 2024 and Bette Midler is still not in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 😳
WHENEVER i need cheering up, I COME HERE. X
Glen Close is the best musical Sunset boulevard’s Norma Desmond!
Hinton battle deserved so much better from the theatre community.
Saw the original cast. Twice. I'll never forget it.
I worry that we may never have another Sondheim in our lifetime. How many composers are there today at his level?
And Jennifer did this 8 times a week during 5 years...till they fired her...
She's absolutely a lunatic at the end
was this on the stage that the tony's was on? how would they have set up the scenery so fast? it must've been recorded on their own stage right???
Brilliant❤
Dumisani is such a great dancer 💃🏼
I loved this show!😁
2024 and I’m here watching ❤️
Victor Garber was 45 years old on this show!
Que show bacana! What a really cool show!
